Planning an event, looking for volunteers, or sharing something Northeast families should know about? The PTA newsletter is the easiest way to reach the whole school, and there's one form for all of it.
Submissions received by Friday at 5 pm are considered for the following week's newsletter.

Three steps, every week.
Add a headline, the date it's happening, and the details. Attach photos, flyers or PDFs (up to 10 files). For a video, paste a link in the details.
Anything in by Friday at 5 pm is considered for the next week's newsletter. If your event is coming up soon, send it a week or two early.
Your submission goes to the PTA for approval. We may edit for length and clarity, and we'll be in touch if we have questions or can't fit it in that week.
If Northeast families should know, send it
The form sorts submissions into four types:
- Events. Class and grade events, club meetings, fundraisers, school celebrations.
- Volunteer needs. Helpers for an event, a committee or a classroom project.
- Community resources. Local programs and opportunities that are useful to our families.
- Other. Good news, reminders, anything else worth sharing.
Include the date, time, place and any link or sign-up families will need. The form also asks you to confirm that you have the right to share the text and images you send.
