Bus info is live in Genesis — log in to Parent Access to see your child's stop location and pickup time for the 2026-27 school year

Bus information is now up in Genesis.

The wait is over: bus stop locations and pickup times are now posted in Genesis. If your child rides, this is where you find out which corner to stand on and what time to be there.

Log in to Genesis Parent Access and check it now, not the night before school starts. Give yourself a few days of buffer in case something looks wrong and you need to reach the district about it.

Where to look

Two minutes, on a laptop or your phone.

1. Log in to Parent Access

Sign in at Genesis Parent Access with the email address on your account. If you have more than one child, you will need to check each child separately.

2. Look at the Summary screen

Once you are in, your child's bus information shows up on the Summary screen, right below the student info. It is labeled Bus Info.

3. Write down three things

Note the stop location, the morning pickup time, and the afternoon drop-off time. Screenshot it, or stick it on the fridge. Come the first week of school, nobody wants to be logging in to Genesis at 7:40am.

Your required forms aren't finished yet.
Genesis keeps your account locked to the forms screen until this year's required forms and documents are complete and signed for every child on the account. No bus info, no teacher, no schedule until then. Scroll to the bottom of the Documents page to find whatever is still outstanding — and if you have a student in grades 6-12, they have to sign their own documents in the Genesis Student Portal before your account opens up.

A few things worth doing before day one

Once you have your stop and time, the rest is just a little practice:

  • Walk the route to the stop together before school starts, so your child knows the corner and the crossings.
  • Be at the stop early the first week — five to ten minutes ahead. Times shift a bit in the first days of school.
  • Check again a day or two before school starts. Stops and times can be adjusted right up to the first day.
  • Have a plan B and make sure your child knows it: what to do if the bus is very late, or if they miss it.
  • If something looks wrong — no bus listed, a stop that is clearly not near you — contact the district now, not on the first morning.
